    Work from everywhere - we believe you should work from where you are happiest and where you want to stay at this very moment, as long as we can keep our SLA times and you’re within a reasonable time zone difference to CET.

OUR HIRING PROCESS:
  • Initial screening - We have received your application and are reviewing your rockstar profile. You should hear back from us within the first week of your application.
  • Introduction interview - this is where we would like to get to know you. We also want you to get to know us - feel free to ask everything you're interested in, to make sure we are the best employer you can get out there.
  • Case/task with presentation - so far so good. You seem to like us, we seem to like you. Usually, we'll set up a hands-on case study that includes a task for you, to make the awaiting challenges more tangible. You will get enough time to solve the case study and present to us your way of approaching the project as well as your achieved results.
  • Peer interview - the task outcome was FIRE! Time to get to know your potential team members. We'll arrange a meeting between you and the Horizoneers you’ll be interacting with the most so that you can get a feeling for whether you enjoy working with us.
  • Decision - this is Crunch time. Usually, we have gathered enough impressions on whether we like each other and could work well together. In some cases, we will ask for references on what it’s like working with you and how we can best support you to grow.
